DESCRIPTION:TO ALL MEMBERS: \nOn Monday\, January 7\, 2019\, at 10:00 a.m.\, in the Clubhouse at 245 High Point Blvd.\, Delray Beach\, Florida 33445\, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors\, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. \nPlease note that three (3) vacancies were to be voted on. Only three individuals submitted names for the Board. As such per our documents the vacancies will be filled by those individuals. They are Karen Triel\, Cathy Alvino and Bob Irish. There will be no elections. \nThe agenda for the Annual Meeting is: \n\nCertifying Quorum - Call to order.\nProof of Notice of Meeting.\nReading and disposal of unapproved minutes.\nReports of Officers\nReports of Committees\nUnfinished Business\nNew Business.\nAdjournment.\n\nA majority of the votes of the entire membership (a "quorum") must be present\, in person or by proxy\, at the meeting\, in order for the business to be conducted. \n
