About Us
High Point of Delray Beach Section 2 is a community with housing for persons 55+ years of age or older located in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. The Community is situated inland about 3.5 miles 
from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 miles from "downtown" Delray Beach.
High Point Section 2 has 69 buildings and 1 clubhouse by a serene lake with a fountain. Each building has 2- one bedroom and 2- two bedroom units with a total of 276. The Community is one of seven sections, built in 1972.
High Point Section 2 has a updated clubhouse and a beautiful pool and patio area, a billiards area, a small library of books contributed by members, shuffleboard and bocce ball courts and more.
