High Point of Delray Beach Section 2 is an age-restricted community for residents 55 years and older, located in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida.

Situated approximately 3.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 miles from downtown Delray Beach, the community offers a convenient and desirable location.

Built in 1971, Section 2 comprises 69 buildings and a clubhouse overlooking a serene lake with a fountain. Each building contains two one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units, totaling 276 residences.
