Annual Meeting

TO ALL MEMBERS:
On Monday, January 7, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., in the Clubhouse at 245 High Point Blvd., Delray Beach, Florida 33445, the Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors, and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.
Please note that three (3) vacancies were to be voted on. Only three individuals submitted names for the Board. As such per our documents the vacancies will be filled by those individuals. They are Karen Triel, Cathy Alvino and Bob Irish. There will be no elections.
The agenda for the Annual Meeting is:
- Certifying Quorum - Call to order.
- Proof of Notice of Meeting.
- Reading and disposal of unapproved minutes.
- Reports of Officers
- Reports of Committees
- Unfinished Business
- New Business.
- Adjournment.
A majority of the votes of the entire membership (a "quorum") must be present, in person or by proxy, at the meeting, in order for the business to be conducted.
